1. What Bulwark is. Bulwark is software that computes and displays arithmetic derived from (a) numbers you enter and (b) trading rules published by third-party proprietary-trading firms. It shows floors, limits, buffers, countdowns and position-size ceilings. It is general information only. 2. What Bulwark is not. Bulwark does not provide financial product advice, does not recommend buying, selling, entering or exiting any position or instrument, does not generate trading signals, does not hold or move money, and never asks for your broker or trading-platform credentials. Nothing displayed is a recommendation to take any trade. You alone decide whether and how to trade. 3. Rule data and your responsibility to verify. Firm rule presets are compiled from the firms' own published documentation and carry a "verified as of" date and source links. Firms change rules without notice, publish contradictory pages, and apply rules in ways their documentation does not fully describe. You must verify every rule and every number against your firm's official dashboard and terms. Bulwark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any proprietary-trading firm or broker, and receives no commissions from any. 4. No warranty of fitness for your firm's rules. Bulwark is provided "as is". We do not warrant that its calculations match any firm's determination of a breach, target, or payout, or that it is free of error. A firm's decision about your account is the firm's alone. 5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from Bulwark is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or A$0 for the free tier), and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, challenge fees, forfeited accounts, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. 6. Accounts and acceptable use. One account per person; keep your login secure; don't reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or misrepresent Bulwark's output as a firm's determination. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. 7. Subscriptions and cancellation. Paid plans renew until cancelled; cancel any time in your account settings, effective at the end of the current period. Refunds per the Refund Policy. 8. Changes. We may update Bulwark and these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. 9. Governing law. Queensland, Australia. What we collect. Your email address (to run your account and send launch/service emails); the account figures you choose to enter (account size, day-start values, trade P&L, position details); basic technical logs. What we never collect: broker or platform passwords, investor passwords, government identifiers, payment card numbers (payments are processed by Stripe, which holds card data under its own policy). Why. To provide the service, to email you about it, and to keep it secure. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, prop firms, or brokers. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels; site analytics are cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Where. Free tier: nothing to refund. Monthly Pro: cancel any time; no pro-rata refund for the current month, and no further charges. Annual Pro: full refund if requested within 14 days of first purchase; after that, cancellation stops renewal and the plan runs to the end of the paid year. Founder pricing, where offered, is honoured for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. We don't use countdown timers, fake scarcity, or "last chance" pressure — if a price is changing, we say so in advance.
